CERRITOS, CA – Escape to the land of Italy and bathe in its rich culture with the sounds of The Four Italian Tenors at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) on Friday, November 8 at 8:00 PM. Tickets start at $60.
For the first time in the United States, THE FOUR ITALIAN TENORS presents a program of the most beloved Italian Opera arias and songs, fusing wit and charm with romanticism, lyricism, verve, and vivacity. The Four Italians include Allesandro D’Acrissa, who graduated Opera singing at the Conservatory of Cosenza. He has performed in The Count of Luxembourg, Madama Butterfly, A Time of Monteverdi Soul, and The Shepherd King.
Federico Serra, who won his first Pop music competition in Italy at age 11, studied Opera singing and piano at the Liceo Musicale of Varese. He debuted in 2014 at the Donizetti theater in Bergamo and performed for the first time in 2015 with the Verona Philharmonic interpreting the most famous Opera arias.
Federico Parisi won “The Youngest Tenor of Italy” award in
2011 and is a Città di Taormina prize winner. He was featured in Italian TV’s Tu Si Que Vales. The tenor was the opening act for Italian Pop artists Ivana Spagna, Anna Tatangelo, and Giuseppe Povia.
Roberto Cresca, who studied voice at the Conservatory of Music of Santa Cecilia in Rome, has performed in Madama Butterfly, La Boheme, Tosca, and La Traviata. He recorded for the album operArias, a selection of the most famous tenor arias conducted by Maestro Viktor Karzalis. In 2010, he won the 64th European Union Contest of Spoleto.
