Fullerton police released surveillance video today showing the suspect who stabbed Cal State Fullerton administrator Steven Shek Keung Chan, 57, to death.
FPD also released a composite sketch of the suspect hoping the public can help identify him.
The video shows the black-clad man in his mid-20s running from the crime scene.
