Kevin Rosales of Buena Park died after crashing his car into a wall in La Palma Tuesday night.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Sandpiper Drive and Moody Street at around 8:00 p.m, when his car smashed into a block wall in front of a house.
Conditions were wet at the time of the crash, and the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed, La Palma Police Department said.
Firefighters had to use Jaws of Life to extract Rosales’ body from the vehicle, where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Rosales was the only person in the car.
