Library selling raffle tickets to win baskets and fund children’s programs, participants can buy tickets at the library.

The Friends of the Artesia Library are holding a fundraiser to support robotics workshops for children in 2016. The Friends have applied for a matching grant from the County Library Foundation to support the robotics program.
Tickets are on sale now at the Artesia Library through Saturday, December 5 ending promptly at 2 PM.
The drawing will be Saturday, December 5 at 2 PM.
Tickets can be purchased as follows: $1 buys one ticket; $5 buys six tickets; $10 buys 15 tickets; $20 buys 30 tickets; $50 buys 65 tickets; $100 buys 125 tickets.
Each basket is worth well over $100.
Baskets include a Beach Basket, with Artesia area gift certificates; a Trader Joe’s basket with gift cards; a Wine Basket and gift cards for adults 21 and older; and finally a dinner for four with Artesia’s Mayor at Ashoka the Great restaurant.
