Brookfield is an extension of this community,” says Howell “We want to serve as a center for communication, by offering education and health fairs.”  Howell went on to thank Dr. Fisher and Dr. Winn formerly of Downey Community Hospital for their expertise stating “at Brookfield we invite you to ‘Be our honored guest’”.
