Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives responded to the 12500 block of Rosecrans Avenue in Norwalk, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of an adult male late Sunday night.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. According to Deputy Kim Manatt of the Sheriff’s Headquarters Bureau, members of the Norwalk Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene at approximately 11:04 p.m. When Deputies from the Norwalk Sheriff’s Station arrived at the scene, they were flagged down by local residents of the area who reporting they heard “shots being fired in the area.”
While searching the area, deputies found the male adult sitting in the driver’s seat of a car, who had been shot.

What was the passenger name. Where was the driver to the car.dont you think he would know what happen. Really open and shut case. Its that the officer dont care ,they put cases like that on the back burner.
