Bloomfield Noise –Granny flats Personal note, have visited many homes on these busy streets, homes have to keep HVAC 24/7 just to survive the noise and friable dust fumes, these cargo streets are generating. Bloomfield need to be paved with concrete and forget the asphalt. Sound barrier fence would aid the area, but should not be born by the tax budget, but charge fees to be paid by truckers.
