Unsealed federal courts records accuse Wei Xu, a U.S Customs and Border Patrol agent who’s house, as first reported by HMG-LCCN, was raided yesterday, of illegally selling guns since 2014.
Prosecutors said that Xu bought guns and then selling them online using Calguns.
Prosecutors said that Xu sold four guns to undercover agents in a parking lot straight from his trunk without involving a federally licensed firearm dealer.
