A huge helicopter was seen over LCC this morning. Concerned resident called HMG/CN about the noise, Cerritos sheriffs watch commander indicated that LCC was replacing it’s HVAC unit. Shoppers can now rest easy that they can go to mall and escape the slight heat wave this week.
