A father of three was fatally shot near his home in Hawaiian Gardens Sunday; a homicide investigation was underway
The shooting was at the 12200 block of E. 224th Street and reported after 9:00 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The father was pronounced dead at the scene. Neighbors told HMG-CN that the victim was a father of three who was a construction worker and seas not a gang member.
No further details were immediately released.
