Captain Keith Swensson leads Cerritos Sheriff’s Department.

It’s official.
The Cerritos Sheriff’s Station is now the “Top Performing Station” and has been recognized by the California Contract Cities Association on Tuesday with a special award.
The award was presented by Risk Management Bureau to Captain Keith Swensson at a ceremony. Swensson took over as the leader of the Cerritos Sheriff’s Station more than a year ago.
The award is based on the lack of crime, arrests, population, liability, and, most of all, the great work of dedicated personnel.
