NORWALK – A 25-year-old man was shot in the face on Sunday night in Norwalk, and he is expected to survive, law enforcement officials confirmed.
The incident took place on Bloomfield Avenue early Sunday morning at around 6:30 a.m. in a residential neighborhood near Hacienda Drive.
