A lone motorcyclist lead police helicopters through Cerritos this morning reaching speeds of over 100 mph while traveling down Shoemaker. The chase began around 8:30 a.m. when officers tried to pull the suspect over for speeding on the westbound 91 Freeway near Yorba Linda, the California Highway Patrol said. The cyclist led police onto the 5 freeway where CHP ran a traffic break and apprehended the suspect.
