The PRIDE Program held their annual community BBQ on Wednesday at the Norwalk Civic Center Lawn. Seen attending the event was NLMUSD School Board Member Chris Pflanzer and event organizer Lisa Vernola Salas.
Hundreds of community members attended the annual P.R.I.D.E. BBQ at Norwalk City Hall on Wednesday to help raise money for the highly successful program that is focused on keeping young people on the right track of life.
The event featured steaks, bbq beans, corn on the cob, rolls, potato salad and cupcakes for dessert.

Norwalk Sheriff's Captain Pat Maxwell, Norwalk Mayor Pro-Tem Luigi Vernola, and Los Angeles County Sheriff Commander Mike Rothans attended the successful P.R.I.D.E. BBQ at Norwalk City Hall on Tuesday.

Norwalk-La Mirada School Board Member Chris Pflanzer, Norwalk community leader Mary Jane McIntosh, and Norwalk Councilman Marcel Rodarte and his daughter Ellie chow down on all the great food at the annual bbq.
