An arrest has been made of a suspect accused of stealing two video surveillance cameras at a church located in Norwalk.
After seeing a suspect’s photo and news release sent directly to the public via LASD Norwalk Station Nixle text/email, a community member contacted deputies and identified the suspect as Hector Munoz, a 21 year old Norwalk resident who has already had past run ins with law enforcement.
Munoz was booked at Norwalk Sheriff’s Station for theft and an unrelated outstanding arrest warrant.
An additional suspect is also outstanding, but law enforcement feels confident that he will be found.
