There are two ways you can file:
1. Quick and easy! You can do everything online and get you business registered

You then go through SEVERAL steps to complete the form. You can download the form, mail it to the courthouse and receive the notice; OR go into the courthouse and file.
2. Go into the courthouse and file.
Look for form in the mail!
You will get your DBA in the mail in a few days. When you get your filed form, it must have a number starting with the current year with six numbers following.
Take a picture of your form (make sure it’s clear!) and email it to [email protected]
The notice must run for four weeks, when completed we will e-mail you the notice with an affidavit that you can upload for filing.
It is 14 different pages (steps) to file, or we can file for you for an extra $25
The cost is $99 total for all four weeks, $124 if we file it for you.
