Chopper was traveling too fast, 184 MPH, did not have the unit fully rigged for controls, per industry standards, my next wild card thoughts, wonder if the pilot was on drugs or suffered a stroke, aneurysm or heart attack, before crashing. Maybe even suffered a asthma attack.
Very easy, when flying, to be disorientated, if blinded by storm, wind debris cloud or fog bank. Saw that is JFK son crash of the plane in the Atlantic.
