A man was shot and wounded another man as he cut his lawn in Norwalk on Sunday afternoon.
The drive-by attack took place about 2:00 p.m. in the 12000 block of Cedarvale Street A 35-year-old Norwalk man and “known gang member” was working in the front yard when a car approached with the shooter opening fire from the driver’s seat of the car.
The victim was hit in the stomach.
A friend took the man to Coast Plaza Hospital in Norwalk, he was then transferred to St. Francis Medical Center where he was listed in stable condition.
The shooter concealed his face, no further description of the gunman was available.
