The five freeway will be closed until approximately noon today in both directions due to a car chase and ensuing fiery wreck.
One witness reported a wall of flames after the wreck occurred.
The wreck occurred in Commerce at Washington Boulevard
Traffic is being taken off at Washington at five north and is backed up to 605.
Racers were speeding down the southbound five when one of them cut the other off, three people died one was taken to the hospital.
Southbound traffic backed up to 710, suggest take the 60 South 605 then back to South five.
Senseless! Those racers that survive – lock them up and throw away the key.
I understand the UPS driver was a feeder driver for the Cerritos Hub.
