Over 620 provisional ballots in Norwalk will be counted today at 4pm at the City Clerk’s Office in Norwalk. As of 3:30 Councilman Mike Mendez had 1,668 votes, Mayor Kelley had 1,660, and Enrique Aranda was close behind with 1,615. LCCN will have updates as they become available.
