Everything you mentioned in this striving economy is fantastic. You’re doing a good job! Major thorn in our Regional Shopping Center, vacating of Sears complex. Pray Fry’s Electronics or IKEA store, may show some interest in there. Need new anchor stores, something which does not exist in the surrounding cities.
Also like to get some their chicken and steakhouse restaurants, you can only eat so much Chinese food until you’re sick of it. How about a Morton’s Steakhouse, Hardrock Café, 5 Crowns, Sunset House, Del Rae?
Cerritos is great, because us old timers catered to: Sears, May Co, Robinsons, Bullocks, Mercury, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Big Yellow House, Velvet Turtle, Jolly Rogers, Kings Imperial, Arnolds Farm House, Harris n Franks, Jacks, Sunny’s, Hunny’s, Pantry, etc. Bring back some of the flavors from yesteryears.
