Statement from Cerritos Mayor George Ray on Dallas tragedy 

“Our hearts go out to the victims and families in Dallas directly affected by the tragic shooting that occurred on Thursday evening. We as a nation are all affected by this terrible series of events.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line each day to protect our communities. The City of Cerritos is grateful to these men and women in uniform, especially those serving us at the Cerritos Sheriff’s Station.”.
