WHAT!!!!!Interesting that the City of Lakewood/ Downey/La Palma, support home beautification Awards, but the city of Cerritos has vacated the city-wide Pride contest. Cerritos being in the forefront, guess that twist is down the toilet too. Interesting that Norwalk advertises neighborhood watch meetings, La Palma recognizes their neighborhood watch Captain’s w/BBQ, city of Cerritos has had neighborhood watch for a couple of years now and there’s been no formal announcement of meetings or Awards to Captain’s, compared to this article by Norwalk.
