Interesting that Norwalk advertises neighborhood watch meetings, La Palma recognizes their neighborhood watch Captain’s w/BBQ, city of Cerritos has had neighborhood watch for a couple of years now and there’s been no formal announcement of meetings or Awards to Captain’s, compared to this article by Norwalk.
LA/ Cerritos shoppers are buying in OC, where the sales tax is cheaper compared to LA Co. Just wait till Cerritos residences see their property taxes, Bonds will really spike the rates.
