Terrier found in Norwalk Halloween night.
“Please SHARE! This pup was found on Rosecrans in Norwalk Sunday night wearing a red devil costume/sweatshirt. He was dirty and scared and he may have gotten loose on Halloween and his family is looking for him. He does NOT have a microchip.
