Homeowners received quite a wake up call when an SUV crashed through the front wall of their house in Norwalk Thursday morning.
At around 5:15 a.m., Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call in the 13000 block of Elmcroft Avenue in Norwalk and discovered the vehicle crashed into the house.
The driver was laying next to the vehicle, “obviously intoxicated,” said LASD Sgt. Ralph Gama.
Residents were home but were no one was injured.
The driver was arrested at the scene and transported to a local hospital.
