Three men dressed in black and armed with handguns and shotguns near Sepulveda and Reamer fled to a house in Van Nuys just west of Valley Vista Blvd. and the 405 freeway.
LAPD has completely surrounded the area and have cordoned off the street and have also shut down the southbound 405 off ramp to Sepulveda.
