The Downey Police Department, in partnership with the Downey Unified School District, is excited to announce our “Holiday Greeting Card Contest.” We are seeking to discover and display the artistic talents of our Downey youth. Students throughout the City are encouraged to submit their artwork in hopes of being selected to be used on this year’s Downey Police Department holiday greeting cards. Winners will be recognized at the City of Downey Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 9, 2019 and will receive a $50.00 gift card.
