A tragic shooting took place on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim on Monday night leaving one motorist dead and the freeway closed in one direction for hours.
The incident was reported just after 8 p.m. near the 57 Freeway interchange, the CHP said.
Officers said a passenger was killed and a driver was taken to the hospital. The name of the victim has not been released.
The investigation into the shooting is currently going into the third hour. The suspect or suspects have not been found.
