This is priceless! Where there WAS smoke there WAS fire and I applaud LCCN for hounding those jokers at Central Basin until they did the right thing and stepped up. Obviously Bob Apodaca, Jim Roybal and Leticia Vasquez must be shakin’ in their boots knowing that they tried their best to cover up Pacifica’s ripoff for so long until they simply ran out of room to hide. I hope the District Attorney is all over this and is linking all those campaign donations back to this coverup. I mean how can Roybal & Vasquez justify taking $5,000 each from Pacifica AFTER they won their election and AFTER they ran opposing such crooked vendors?

How about a response Jim & Leticia??

Lets hope somebody is looking into the contracting of the Bureau of Reclamation and Flood Control Districts too, I bet they’re doing a whole lot of projects that don’t really need to get done.

This explains alot of “tinkering” I’ve seen with the flood control district, I bet its been looted too.
