SHOTS HAVE BEEN HEARD AT A LOCATION ON FRANKLIN STREET NEAR THE WATERTOWN MALL AS THE HUNT FOR Dzhokar Tsarnaev CONTINUES THROUGHOUT THE GREATER BOSTON AREA.
