Newly released details from a Marin County autopsy report show that Robin Williams was extremely troubled and became very paranoid in the days leading up to his death.

The toxicology report showed no large amounts of prescription medication in William’s system, and no alcohol or illegal drugs.

It was reported that the day before he was found dead he had taken several of his expensive wristwatches, put them in a sock and drove it over to some friends house.

Later that evening he went home and then went to bed locking himself in his stepson’s room.

According to the report, the next day some friends became concerned that he did not come out of the room. They slipped a note under the door asking if he was OK, and when he did not answer they picked the lock and found him dead.

The time of death was recorded at 12:02 AM on August 11.
