Truly many empty chairs and back door dealings, are bound to take place in the overlapping calendar.
In my 40 Yr History in Cerritos, can not recall having a public agenda meeting on Election Evening. Think it is disrespectful, Cerritos holds Budget Study on election night, and this is the first I can remember for this duo.
This is just over kill for staffers and the public can not participated in multiple events, as held simultaneously.

Reminds me when CCC held public RV Hearings, on Holy Thursday PM, when many of the Cerritos residents were on Easter Spring Break!!! Many RV owners were either on vacation or celebrating in churches and religious moments.
