HAWAIIAN GARDENS (CNS) – The body of a man who had been fatally shot was found in a riverbed in Hawaiian Gardens today.
Deputies from the sheriff’s Lakewood Station responded about 12:15 p. m. to a shots-fired call in the 12000 block of 214th Street, said Deputy Ryan Rouzan of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
When they arrived, they found the victim in a riverbed, suffering from a gunshot wound, Rouzan said.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead at the scene, Rouzan said. He said that according to witnesses, two men were seen running into the riverbed just prior to the shots being fired.

South Bloomfield and Del Amo Blvd; both are starting to look like gang areas, walking the streets, homeless camps and homeless sleeping in their cars on Del Amo Blvd- Centralia- and Carson Streets. Still seeing alot of young teenage moms, pushing strollers along the pavement, plus homeless in wheelchairs.
