  • Rose Ransdell/ Haas Family says:

Andrew was my older cousin.. he was a sweet and loving person and there wasn’t a mean bone in his body. He had a great sense of humor, and he always took care of all his younger cousins, brother, mom, and his entire family. I can’t believe someone would harm him. My family and I are in shock that this has happened, and we are all devastated. I hope the law enforcements find who did this, and they pay for what they did. I love you “scubasteve” RIP.
