A potential gas leak at the Norwalk Sports Complex has resulted in the closure of the popular facility that is located at Norwalk Park.
Norwalk Mayor Marcel Rodarte confirmed the situation on Monday afternoon via his Facebook page.
“Attention users of the Norwalk Arts & Sports Complex: the complex will be closed until further notice due to a potential gas leak in the building. The Gas Company is on site and is assessing the leak and will make any necessary repairs ASAP. Stay tuned for further updates,” the mayor stated in his post.
