Remembering former Artesia Mayor Mary Alyce Soares.

Former Artesia Mayor and Councilwoman Mary Alyce Soares has lost her long battle with cancer at the age of 69.
Los Cerritos Community Newspaper will have additional details about the passing of Soares in this weekend’s print edition.
A funeral mass will be held for Soares on Tuesday morning, April 23rd at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church located at 18708 Clarkdale Avenue in Artesia followed by Internment at All Souls Cemetery located at 4400 Cherry Avenue in Long Beach.
