PREVIEW: USC-UCLA Football Game to be aired Live to Spanish viewers via Fox Deportes

By Brian Hews

The iconic gridiron battle between cross town rivals #18 USC Trojans and #17 UCLA Bruins will be aired LIVE to a massive Spanish speaking television audience via Fox Deportes on Saturday.

FOX Deportes veteran and color commentators, Pablo Alsina, Francisco X. Rivera and John Laguna will provide on-site play-by-play of the game.

The stakes are high as the winner will travel to the Pac-12 Conference title game and you can watch it LIVE in Spanish from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.

The rivalry between the two colleges is fierce due to the fact that both are located in Southern California and have often fought to become the region’s number one college football school.

Although UCLA maintains the longest winning streak in the rivalry — eight years from 1991 to 1998, USC has won for the past five years. The last time, USC came close to matching UCLA’s longest winning streak was in 2006, after a long winning streak from 1999 to 2005.
