Three shot, one killed in overnight slaying in Compton

Three people have been shot, and one has died during an overnight incident in Compton.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau detectives converged on the 400 block of West Magnolia Street, Compton, after 3 a.m. to investigate the circumstances of the shooting that resulted in the death of a man.

In a statement released to the media from Sheriff officials, “there were three victims. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other victims were transported to a local hospital. Their medical condition is unknown at this time.”
