Ramos, a California State University, Fullerton graduate, will be attending Southern CA College of Optometry in the fall to pursue a career in optometry. Forsythe is currently a student at Cerritos College, whose goal is to obtain her AA degree in Business and then transfer to a local university to double major in Business and Speech
The Miss Cerritos Contest is not a pageant; it is a professional opportunity for young women. The Cerritos Chamber seeks professional, outgoing, responsible, and articulate young women to represent the Chamber as an Ambassador for one year. The contestants were judged on their poise, attitude, social skills, and professionalism at their individual interviews as well as their speeches and general communication skills during the Miss Cerritos Contest itself.
